About Me
Helping People Win the Game That Matters Most
Improve the inputs. The outcomes will follow.

Hi, I'm Coach Tom Pray.
I've spent the last twenty years working as a teacher, coach, and mentor. During that time, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of students as they navigate the classroom, the golf course, the basketball court, and everyday life.
Through those years of experience, I discovered something simple: the young people who truly thrive aren't always the ones with the most natural talent or the fewest obstacles. They are the ones who learn to invest in the right foundations.
My core mission is to help teenagers become mentally and physically healthier so they can truly be present in their lives and reach their full potential.
I believe life isn't a game to be won through shortcuts, frantic pacing, or quick fixes—it's a game to be played with steady, purposeful intent. Success is simply the byproduct of small, intentional decisions repeated consistently over time.
The Values I Live By
My work with students, athletes, and families is anchored in three uncompromised personal standards:
INTEGRITY FIRST: I believe a business is only as strong as its honesty. My goal is to be a steady, trusted, and transparent voice in your child's life—someone who shows up with complete presence and reinforces the positive values you are already building at home.
GROUNDED DISCIPLINE: Real transformation isn't flash-in-the-pan excitement; it's a quiet commitment to daily habits. Whether we are refining mechanical focus on the golf course, or slowing down to notice our thoughts, discipline is what bridges present frustration to future mastery.
A LIFELONG LEARNER MINDSET: True humility means admitting we are all a work in progress. I continuously read and study human performance because I want to give my students the best tools available. I teach kids how to embrace mistakes and vulnerability not as permanent losses, but as the raw material essential for growth.
Building a Healthier Foundation
Everything we evaluate inside our 6-week online cohorts, interactive team workshops, and private 1-1 coaching sessions comes down to balancing four interconnected pillars: Thoughts, Habits, Relationships, and Health.
As a certified Integrative Health Coach, I focus on how a student's mental state directly impacts their physical well-being. Modern challenges—like infinite scrolling and constant digital comparison loops—are creating a continuous stress response that leaves our kids physically fatigued and mentally anxious.
My approach isn't about rigid perfection; it's about quiet alignment. When a young person learns to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and coordinate their daily health inputs, confidence happens naturally.
I don't replace the role of a parent. I join the team around the student. Together, we build the unshakeable mental and physical foundations they need to look forward with clarity, enjoy their youth, and play a better game.
My Philosophy
Life works best when your thoughts, habits, relationships, and health are aligned.
That's why I don't believe in quick fixes or chasing the latest trend. I believe in mastering the fundamentals.
Simple beats complicated.
Consistency beats intensity.
Small improvements compound into extraordinary results.
My role isn't to change your life overnight. It's to help you strengthen the foundations that influence everything else—so you can build more energy, more confidence, better relationships, and a life you genuinely enjoy living.
Because when you improve the inputs, the outcomes will follow.
